Tracking Your Order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
If you believe your order is lost in transit, please contact us here within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
Delivery Address Options
If you are sending a gift, you can provide the address of the recipient and add a personal message and gift receipt to the packing slip at no extra charge. We'll remove the prices.
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be "backordered." You will be notified about your expected delivery date.
Orders are not able to be delivered a PO Box address.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
