Returns

Should you need to request a refund, return or exchange, we ask that you take the time to read our Returns Policy below.

Returns for Damaged Items

Should your goods arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be acknowledged within 3 working days of receiving your order by contacting us at one Rundle or by completing the Returns Form below.

Our office will reply within 24 hours regarding the options to return the order. We will provide you with unique Returns Authorisation Number that you will need to quote on the outside of parcel being returned. Any parcel that is received by one Rundle without a Returns Authorisation Number will be returned to sender.
You are welcome to return the product in store, but you will still need to contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number prior.

Upon one Rundle receiving the items back for inspection, our office will contact you regarding a refund or replacement.

Returns for Change of Mind

We advise customers to check ordered goods thoroughly on delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.
If you wish to apply to apply for a product exchange or credit note, please let us know as soon as possible.
Change of Mind returns must be acknowledged within 3 working days of receiving your order by contacting us at one Rundle or by completing the Returns Form below.

Please note:

Unless the exchange is taking place due to a fault of one Rundle Trading Compnay or it’s product, any shipping fees associated with the exchange are at the purchasers responsibility.
